Precision-manufactured rubber sheets for footwear
Our rubber sheets are manufactured using state-of-the-art calender and extruder equipment. Precise control of the vulcanisation process guarantees consistent quality and optimum material properties in every sheet.
Cellular rubber sheets are characterised by their low weight and excellent shock-absorbing properties. They are ideal for applications where comfort and shock absorption are paramount. Solid rubber sheets, on the other hand, offer maximum abrasion resistance and are suitable for footwear subjected to heavy wear.
By using light-coloured fillers, we not only achieve optimal material properties but also enable a wide range of colour options for our sheets. This means that, in addition to the classic black versions, we can also offer coloured variants.
